My primary objective was to use these binocs to study and monitor an active overnight winter crow roost north of Boston, MA. Each winter the crows gather every night into the roost and, in January, the numbers exceed 25,000 birds. The binocs have been excellent for scanning the action of perched birds and those in flight under a range of lighting conditions. Battery power is excellent. Have used both photo and video capture with super results. Whether using near sunset, during twilight period with fading light, or after dark, the binocs have delivered consistent results!

Battery runtime is impressive… Informations like atmospheric pressure are not precise but not the most important. Great product !

I bought these just to see if they did work at all (pretty cheap at $100…didn’t expect much). I was surprised at how well they did work and how you actually could tell a difference in all the different adjustment levels. The 150 yard range at night is about right but you can see pretty well up to that range. All in all, surprised at how well the $100 night vision works. Kinda wish I had splurged a little more and bought a little better pair just to see how well they’d work.

Bought these for night hunting hogs. These work fine for what I need. I sweep the hunting area with these rather than the night scope. The max distance appears t be 150 yards when tested in an open field. My hunting distances are far less. Very light even with the 8 AA batteries. Great buy!

Was very disappointed with the customer service but I understand do to the times. Range Finder worked great was able to range trees and bushes out past 1600yards! IR and Night vision was good to great was pleased and technologically is almost almost where it needs to be. However clarity past a couple hundred yards was horrible. Needed something to glass game out past 1000yards. Was hoping this would work but camera and Video worthless past a couple hundred yards. Hoping OP will replace with Vortex in a timely matter

I bought the original X-Sight night vision scope, then upgraded to the X-Sight II HD, then added the Auxiliary Ballistic Laser 1000 to that scope, then bought the Bino-X 4K. ATN has been with me through all of my purchases and experiences. I do some guiding here in Texas during Deer season and the customers love the fact that with the Binos I can record their hunt. It is especially nice to get that first kill on record, or that trophy hunt perfect shot. I also frequent the property I guide on so I can take pictures of animals that might not get on game cameras or better pictures of animals that do. So the Bino-X is a very important tool and toy.

I purchased the Binox 4k and got them fine from Optics planet. However, when I went to update the firmware as recommended by the manufacturer it failed. I followed the instructions to the letter. The unit still functions but can not update. Also when I try to use Obsidian 4 to work with the binocs I get a message that support for this device will be added shortly. I tried to contact their technical support multiple times and after sitting on hold it would tell me I was being transfer only to go to Voice Mail. I own several ATN products and have had no issues. But I have friends that hate ATN because of their service. I am seeing why. If they are going to send out products that are not ready for the market they can at least be prepared to service them. If I cant get them on the phone soon I will sent the unit back!

I like that it has classic design with two eyepieces/displays/lenses (of all the options in this price segment most offer one display to reduce the cost). Both eyepieces can be adjusted separately so I can use it with my glasses on or without them, and see a clear picture in both cases. And the battery life is amazing, I spent the whole day playing with settings when it arrived, and it was not even half empty after that.

These binoculars are so cool. Very fun to use and look around my property. Night vision is awesome too. The fact that is has a built in range finder is a great part because even if you don’t have an ATN scope you can still utilize that function.
