The EOTech EXPS3 Transverse Law Enforcement and Military Holographic Red Dot Sight is the most compact sight available from EOTech that is night vision compatible. It runs on a single CR123A battery which provides up to 1000 hours of continuous runtime at setting 12. The EXPS leaves tons of rail space available for mounting flip-up iron sights or a magnifier and the integral mount allows for use on either a Weaver or Picatinny-style rail. The EOTech EXPS3 is compatible with night vision devices.

I purchased a Beretta 1301 20″ competition shotgun. It came with a bead sight that was very bright and could probably do a good job. I wanted the best optic for my tactical shotgun class a Front Sight Training Institute. I choose the Eotech XPS2-0 to do the job. The 65 MOA circle and 2 MOA dot make finding the reticle automatic. Making slug shots from 50 yards was no problem with the Eotech. One of my friends had the Sig red dot. The Eotech was far superior for quick target acquisition and second to none on looks and durability.

Great red dot, my second Eotech,love the circle/dot, great up close using circle, dot for more precise shot. Big glass for great field of view. Have aimpoint and I may be in minority but I like my eotech’s better…….

I already have the EXPS2-2 when I purchased this one. I prefer this XPS2 over the EXPS2 because it sits lower on the rail and I don’t need a cheek rest added to my stock. Although the buttons are on the back (not side as they are on the EXPS2), I can flip my 6x magnifier off to the side for close range and quickly turn it on. I hope this review helps some make a better decision. I got the EXPS2 not realizing it sat so high and then I needed a higher cheek rest (it is difficult to aim with head unsupported) and on normal AR-15 the charging handle gets in the way of some cheek rests. So, I recommend this XPS2 over the EXPS2 and it costs less!

I ordered this optic for a PCC build and it’s perfect. Shipping time was good. Price was good. I didn’t order the quick detach this time because it will be permanent optic for this weapon but I will get it next order. I would recommend this product and will more than likely purchase another one.

Probably my favorite optic to date! Very durable, rugged optic as expected from EOTech. The sight picture is crisp, clear, and extremely easy to pick up. The “donut of death” makes for very quick sight acquisition in comparison to your standard red dot. You can’t go wrong with an EOTech!

I really like that I can switch from subsonic to supersonic ammo and still be on target. I use 150gr and 220gr ammo and this thing takes a beating and keeps a zero even I just throw it in the truck. I look forward to adding a magnifier to complete my set up
