I’ll start by saying that these boots are comfortable and I do like them, but they faded after 2-3 days of light use! I bought them for our annual trip to Captiva, FL because we fish all week and South Florida weather in November is unpredictable. It can be cool in the mornings and warm in the afternoon, so I wanted some boots to wear on the boat. After only 2-3 days of wearing these they had already faded significantly. The few days I wore them I only had them on for the morning and they rarely even got wet, but apparently they can’t withstand a few hours of fall/winter sun without fading. For what they cost I am extremely disappointed.

I’m standing in water all day. I’ve been a huge fan of muck boots for durability and comfort but wanted something shorter and lighter and heard great things about these huk’s. I got the blue and they go great with my uniform. When wearing shorts or pants they still look good. Based on the reviews I ordered down a size. I’m normally a 10 1/2 but ordered the 10’s. They fit perfect. Very comfy straight out of the box. I’ve put a couple 8-10 hr days on them now and am not disappointed at all. The first night I ended up getting soaked and so water ended up in my boot. Considering they’re short I figured it would happen from time to time. I was afraid of them stinking afterwards but they dried out quick once I got them off and after two full days, still smell like new. They seem pretty solidly made so if they hold up for more than 6 months I’ll probably stay with this brand. If not, you’ll read about it here.

I bought these boots for my boyfriend as a gift. He absolutely loves the brand Huk. He’s usually between 10-11 shoe size depending on the shoe. I bought a size 10 and they fit perfect! Arrived sooner than expected!

well packaged, not even 1 stitch out of place on the boot and seem to be well made. I put a boot stretcher inside and cranked on it to see where the stress would be and didnt see any panel separation at all. The tread is a nice, soft rubber and very deep and aggressive. All the eyes are grommets so I expect they will last a long time.

Off the rip I love them. Tried them on, they fit true to size (I’m a 12 boot/13 shoe and I ordered a 12). Look good, feel comfortable and I expect these to wear well on the boat. I’ll update my review if they fail early or develops issues, I hate gear failure.

The only problem, I had to return mine, the Huk size 11 is just too tight. If you usually wear a size 11, you’d best order a Huk size 12. (not sure about the other sizes) Other than that, an excellent boot. (actually a very excellent boot) . These boots are very well made ! 100% Quality.

I love the neoprene feeling putting them on.
I have a high instep and they went on super awesome. I usually wear a size 10 1/2 running shoe, but these 11s are perfect. No need for big sox. I don’t need an extra sole or anything.
No slipping, no chafing. My favorite boots.
