I feel for those who have bad experiences, but I have gotten exactly what I ordered, got it within 4-7 days and it always comes to the correct address. The problem I see isreply customer service is slow to reply, but at least they seem to not oversell, charge you & then say it\\\\\\\’ll arrive in months
