I was in search of a hard to find magazine, this shop was literally the only site I could find it in stock so I ordered it and ammo. I had never heard of it, just pulled the trigger out of excitement. Then I read the reviews, got paranoid. I ordered on a Friday afternoon, never got a confirmation email or anything so paranoia grew. To my surprise, my order shipped on Saturday and delivered the next Tuesday (still never received an email). Order was correct and fast, my only gripe was never getting confirmation of anything and their boxes being very conspicuous with ammo written on it and pictures of bullets.
