The company reached out and explained they had a system crash and tens of thousands of orders for black friday. They honored the original price and fulfilled my order. The customer service representative was very professional. They took 3 days to refund the cancelled order. I believe they did not want to honor their black friday price so they cancelled my order.

I was a little nervous that recent reviews were so negative here. After assessing the posts that were made, the reviews fell into two broad categories. The first group were customers returning items well past the return period. The second category stemmed from delivery problems with USPS. Both issues are easily addressed by the following actions: 1) Open the package when you get it and inspect the contents. Don\\\\\\\’t be that guy who gets buyers remorse 6-12mo later and expects a return. 2) Don\\\\\\\’t trust USPS – spend a little more and get a UPS shipment option. USPS has degenerated to a point that it is functionally useless. Commonly packages enter limbo land, no matter who the sender is – and if I send a letter to my neighbor, it will travel over 250 miles to a central processing center and back in anywhere from 4 to 25 days.
