Boots fit as expected. delivery time arrived before expected date . Only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is the pinch spot in the ankle on the right boot likely due to stiff material and need a break in period.any suggestions for breaking in boots without destroying ankles?

Not for guys with big calves. Very disappointed. Waited like a week and when I get them they fit and look retarded on me. Would look good on a skinny dude(string bean style) but not big ole hambone legged me. I have to send these back unfortunately. They fit super loose around my ankle area and super tight around my calf. So when I walk it pulls my socks down into the void. Won’t be able to spend all day in these.

Very comfortable. Fit as sized. Good traction. The side zipper is a poor design. The inner liner will easily snag in the zipper. Took 30 minutes of tugging to get free. If not for the zipper problem, I’d buy my son a pair.

These will definitely do the job. They run just slightly small to me. Also the upper is tight and I could not fully zip mine with heavy socks (which you need for padding). If you have skinny calves you should be fine.

Just be careful zipping them up. The first time I did, the fabric inside the zipper got caught in it, and I almost couldn’t get it unstuck.Aside from the delivery being placed in the middle of my front 7 acre yard with no regard for the actual delivery, these boots are great. They got true to size, and I have one foot larger than the other because I’m a freak. They are comfortable, and waterproof to a reasonable level (just below the top). There is extremely adequate articulation and ventilation from these boots, and they are easy to lace. I’m a big guy at 6’4” and 280, with big legs left over from being an offensive lineman for almost 20 years, and these offer plenty of space for calves and feet. I’d definitely buy these again if I have to, but I don’t feel that’ll be an issue.

I ordered a 10.0 and the length is good but the width seems wider then normal thick socks and tightening laces as much as possible help so I decided not to return. I feel that 9.5 would of Eben perfect

The most notable thing I noticed through other reviews is that people said they arent really waterproof. I plan to nip that in the bud just in case and coat them a few times with nikwax.

These boots fit true to my size. There is a break-in period as they hurt my feet after a full day in them. Now i where a thicker sock and they feel awesome. My only issue is the zipper’s don’t operate smoothly and get stuck a lot. Have to fiddle around with them to zip up and down. I try not to get too aggressive with them as they don’t seem to be the highest quality. They are lightweight and offer decent traction. I would purchase again.

Light, strong, comfortable. Rocky has done this a long time. I have put three pair to rest over 20 years. Great boot for what I want it for. Even tho the boot goes “high” on your calf, you can do miles. I think it helps. Good price.
