Sako S20 Hunter Matte Black Bolt Action Rifle – 308 Winchester – 20in – The Sako S20 Hunter is the next generation of hunting rifle, designed to allow the shooter to change its stock configuration to meet their needs. The S20 Hunter features an ergonomic thumbhole stock packed with features any hunter will appreciate. The spacers on the buttpad allow shooters to adjust their length-of-pull and the numbered quick-adjust cheekpiece ensures hunters always have their ideal sight picture when shouldering their rifle. The S20 Hunter features quick-detach points for mounting sling hardware on both sides of the stock and soft-touch inserts on the forend and pistol grip. Lastly, the S20’s stainless-steel action is brand new and features a 3-lug, push feed bolt with plunger ejection to maximize reliability.

I will be upgrading the scope but the one that it came with was pretty good too. The stock could fit the barrel a bit more snuggly but that is fine and can be fixed.

I love the rifle. It’s a straight shooter, worthy of the Savage reputation. The bolt is a little sticky out of the box but a few rounds through it and it loosen up and cycled nicely. Great deal for the money.
