The Trijicon RMR Dual-Illuminated Red Dot Sight was designed to improve precision with any firearm. This small sight is extremely durable with its forged aluminum housing, and it features audible click adjustments for windage and elevation. The sight is also very versatile as it can be used alone or mounted on an ACOG sight. Dead batteries will never be a worry as this sight is completely battery free; fiber optics and tritium provide all the illumination for this sight. The Trijicon RMR is covered by a limited lifetime factory warranty. A Trijicon RMR Mount will be needed for your specific application. The picatinny mount is product 470723. Multiple pistol mounts are also available. These are available separately.

Didn’t come with correct screw for mounting on Glock, didn’t come with the waterproofing plate. Other than that I got what I wanted, trijicon should add these parts for as much as you pay. It would be nice to be informed by somebody or have the option to purchase it all together.

The product itself is robust, intuitive and capable. It only loses a star because it is shipped with the wrong screws for a stock Gen 5 MOS. The longer screws sent with it will bend the plate provided with the firearm. You have to buy extra screws to have the correct length screws. Also, if I pay more than $400 for an optic,I should get the sealing plate too. Besides that, it’s a great product.

Bought the trijicon having not shot any red dot on pistols prior! I was skeptical but wanting to “build” a glock was something I was set out to do! I have astigmatism and though the dot is slightly blurry to me “sometimes” just like everything in life we work through it! Adapt and learn to use the equipment you have!

Would have been nice when ordering the red dot to have the website inform me I needed a RM63 sealing plate if I wanted my 500 dollar site waterproofed to 66 feet, to keep water from shorting it out. Discovered reading manual which came with the site. Sadly had to order one separately and waiting again for parts to complete.

The RMR can’t be topped when it comes to durability. While it’s glass is smaller than some and may mot be the best target shooting option.it’s the the best carry/defensive option my opinion. It gives you confidence it will work we need and man can it take a beating. The controls are abit stiff out of the but break in with some use. Very happy with this purchase perfect option for my 509 tac.

The only other MRDS to even remotely consider would be the Leupold DeltaPoint Pro, but even that doesn’t hold a candle to the RMR.

Mounted to American Zev OZ9C. Perfect fit. Glass has a blue tint and is warpy on the edges (just the way it is supposed to be) with a slight magnification through the glass. The dot is crisp and keeps it zero as expected. Multiple intensity settings for any light level or nv. The picatinny mount looks and works great even though it is not qd. Made in the USA. Almost bulletproof. Not Chinese.

I was looking for a small optic to install on a pistol. After reading many reviews, I decided to go with the RMR. It mounted easily and was quick to sight in. It is built like a tank and should last a very long time. I was a little hesitant about the blue tint on of the glass, but I don’t notice it at all while shooting. Some have complained about have to remove the sight to replace the batteries, but I don’t see it being that big of a deal having to reconfirmed zero every few years.

This red dot is very well made! Very clear glass and a clean and clear red dot! I got it for my g17 and it is a world of difference once you get used to the red dot on your handgun. I didnt realize at first that it will auto dim and get brighter depending on your surroundings unless you lock the brightness.

So far I have been very pleased. Delivery was prompt, and installation easy. It did not take too long to get the initial sighting adjusted. After about 60 rounds, everything is still tight. It will take some time to fully test and get used to using this. Right now, I am only shooting at 25 yards. I hope to increase that to 50 yards eventually and get the practice to confidently take this deer hunting.
