The Wicked Ridge Match 400 Crossbow Bolt features a stainless-steel insert that creates an improved 14% FOC, generating up to 20% tighter groupings. The Match 400 is a 20″ carbon-shaft, fletched with slightly offset fletchings and is fitted with a 61 grain aluminum insert and 3.5″ Bohning X vanes. The Match 400 is equipped with TenPopint’s Alpha-Brite produces straight nock travel and precision down-range accuracy, while minimizing the string wear.

Some of the arrow fletching was off about a half inch from the others and on 3 of the 6 arrows slight trimming was needed to fit the inserts for the price I was expecting better

I like these very much. They are the best arrows I have shot and the penetration is awesome compared to similar arrows with plain shafts. I will use these for my hunting arrows until they quit making them or find something better which I doubt will be any time soon.

I received my order of softer (700) arrows. This time there was no shipping damage; both the Linkboy and Amazon box arrived without damage. But all was not well. The Linkboy box is too small. The end flap of the box which extends four-ish inches in from the end and lies on the bottom of the box presses against the fletching. This matters more because a packer places one end of the dozen into the box then pushes it to the end to lever down the other end into the box. That PUSHING backs the feathers against the flap and bends the feathers against the grain. I had five fletchings that needed steaming.

These arrows arrived with three fletchings abused in shipment. Two looked to be beyond steaming straight. The box damage visible in the third pictures is troubling. The damage was smoothed out and taped over before shipping–no doubt about that because this was shipped in a larger undamaged box. Hmm?!

I would recommend going to the Carbon Express website and using their calculator to find your spine. I had been shooting 250\’s and used the CX calculator and switched to 350\’s as per the results. Best groups I have ever shot.

Fletching has been durable though. Nock\’s are a bit thinner than I prefer but are solid.

Got these babies fort a little over $50 after a promo discount. Great arrows. Noticeably better than cheaper arrows and they don\’t look too bad either. Money well spent.

If you want to shoot the best arrow then look no further, by far the best I have shot in 10 years. I was skeptical of the one size fits all with spine and weight combinations. But this arrow, the way it\’s made stiffer on the ends shoots lights out. When it all comes down to a hunting arrow you want to shoot the best. Well this is the best.
