I hunt mainly for the day and then head back to camp for night, this pack is great for day trips and i wouldn’t be afraid to take it out on a weekend bender. I packed a little bit of meat in it and it was fairly comfortable with a load. I’ve carried both my bow and my rifle in the sling of the pack and both fit well enough and comfortable to hike around with. My only complaint is the zipper on the waist belt compartments. Its almost impossible to close them one handed and when i did i ripped the zipper right off. So i have one compartment thats worthless for the time being until i get a new zipper sewed on. Other than that this is a solid pack and i’d buy it again.

Quality construction with lots of adjustments to make pack fit snug around torso taking strain off shoulders while walking. Pack is small but can be a benefit as it makes you more selective about what you need to pack. Not for long treks or camp hunting. Good for single day excursions.

A little smaller on the inside then expected but it fits all my hunting gear for a day pack very well. And is much cheaper then similar packs.

Not sure why some people have given this pack a bad review. I think it’s great. I wanted a medium size day pack for deer hunting, one that could hold my rifle if I needed it to, while I drag a deer out of the woods. I also wanted something that would hold enough gear in the event of an emergency that forced me to do an over nighter in the woods. So far, after playing around with the pack just about every day, I found it to be very comfortable and the construction to be excellent. The zippers and clasps seem the same to me as any other quality back pack. Of course if you abuse the pack and start yanking on things like a mad man you will probably break something. I haven’t found any issues with the stitching that some people have reported. All in all I would recommend this pack to anyone looking for a back pack that’s priced well below similar backpacks yet offers the same if not better quality and features.

Pack ok. Not designed for long torsos as does not sit on hips and sits awkwardly if adjust for hips . If off hips strains shoulders.

I’ve put quite a few miles on this pack and it just seems to be kind of heavy before I put anything in it. I like the fabric and it doesn’t make noise in the brush. I’m still trying to figure out a good way to attach my bow. I’ve strapped it about every way possible and it is not easily unstrapped for a quick release. And it never seems to quite right. I had a water bladder from my camelback so I put that in there and it works great. Would be nice if it came with a water bladder.
